Before his breakthrough work, the highly specialized field of moving, clearing, and executing logistics for massive global trade shows did not exist in the country. As the Chairman and major shareholder of Agility F&E Logistics Pakistan Ltd, he built this industry from the ground up, setting an unprecedented standard for operational excellence.
This foundational expertise was globally recognized when he became the first Pakistani to secure membership in the International Exhibition Logistics Association (IELA). Admission to this prestigious global body requires meeting exceptionally strict professional criteria, confirming that his operations delivered world-class service on the international stage. The definitive validation of this capability came with IDEAS 2000, Pakistan’s inaugural International Defence Exhibition and Seminar. Entrusted with the intricate, high-security logistics for this flagship state event, Mr. Rahmani flawlessly coordinated the transport, customs clearance, and handling of advanced defense hardware from around the globe. Following this landmark success, he remained the trusted driving force behind these mega-exhibitions until his retirement in 2014, establishing Pakistan as a highly capable host for global events.
Transitioning this commitment to excellence into civic life, he now channels his leadership into shaping future generations as a Trustee for the Commecs Educational Trust. This role builds upon his long-standing ties to the institution, where he previously supported its alumni network through the Commecs Old Students Association and initially developed his articulate communication skills as a champion debater at the Government College of Commerce and Economics in Karachi. Outside of his professional and civic responsibilities, Mr. Rahmani is an accomplished golfer with two holes-in-one to his credit, having also contributed to the sport through two terms of service on his club’s Executive Committee. Mr. A. Husain A. Basrai is a highly distinguished Finance Executive and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). He dedicated over 45 years of his professional career to KPMG, retiring as a Senior Partner of KPMG Taseer Hadi & Co. on December 31, 2017. His career commenced in London with Harrison, Son, Hill and Co. and Peat Marwick Mitchell & Co., followed by brief international experience in Dubai. Upon returning to Pakistan in 1978, he joined Taseer Hadi Khalid & Co. as a Senior Manager and was elevated to Partner in January 1981, where he went on to lead extensive audits, consultancy, and tax portfolios for prominent public and private sector organizations.
Throughout his career, Mr. Basrai has developed comprehensive expertise spanning audit, corporate taxation, and management consultancy. He has represented numerous high-profile clients at the highest levels of tax authorities, formulated overall strategies for public issues and floatation activities, and directed diverse consultancy assignments—including feasibility studies, operational reviews, and executive search. He is currently leveraging this deep advisory experience as a Non-Executive Director of Tech Exons Private Limited, a specialized Human Resources background screening services firm.
A recognized leader within the profession, Mr. Basrai is a Past President and Vice President of ICAP, and was nominated by the Government of Pakistan to serve on the ICAP Council. Beyond his regulatory leadership, he has contributed extensively to social development and community welfare, serving as the Founder Trustee and Past Chairman of the Commecs Educational Trust (CET), Board of Governor of the Commecs Institute of Business and Emerging Sciences (CIBES), and Trustee and Treasurer of the Burhani Hospital Trust. Furthermore, he is an active member of the Management Association of Pakistan (where he held executive officer roles), the Karachi Council on Foreign Relations, and the Public Interest Law Association of Pakistan, reflecting a lifetime of dedication to both corporate excellence and philanthropy.
Mr. Omar H Karim with a distinguished career marked by leadership and expertise in various sectors. He has been serving as Chairman of Amanah Investments Limited since 2005. His extensive experience includes former directorships at Unilever Pakistan Limited and Brooke Bond Pakistan Limited, always being a member of the Audit Committees and he has held the role of Chairman at Pakistan Basmati Rice Mills. Mr. Karim has also been involved in strategic initiatives as an ex-member of the Privatization Committee for the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry and has served as Vice President of the Pakistan Tea Association. His directorships include Omar H Karim (Pvt.) Limited and Yaparvar (Pvt.) Limited.
Mr. Karim graduated from the Government College of Commerce and Economics, Karachi, followed by earning an LLB and LLM from Sindh Muslim Law College. His professional experience encompasses leading the House of Kasam, a prominent tea importer in Pakistan, from 1972 to 2000, and overseeing Pakistan Basmati Rice Mills, which is recognized for its award-winning rice exports. Mr. Ahmed Chinoy is an industrialist and business leader with decades of experience across
capital markets, financial services, real estate, textiles, agriculture and community development.
As Managing Partner of the Arch Group of Companies, he oversees diversified business interests
spanning security investments, textiles, real estate and poultry farming.
He currently serves as a Shareholder Director of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) and as a
Nominee Director of the PSX on the boards of the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (PMEX),
Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) and National Clearing Company of
Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). He also serves on the boards of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited
(SNGPL), Creek Developers (Private) Limited, AKD REIT Management Company Limited, and
I.T. Minds Limited. In addition, he holds executive positions as Executive Director of Virtuosoft
(Private) Limited and Director of Insijam (Private) Limited.
Mr. Ahmed Chinoy is qualified from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of
Pakistan (ICMAP), holds a graduate degree in Commerce from the University of Karachi and is
a Certified Director from the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance (PICG).
Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he has remained deeply committed to public service and
social welfare. He has had the privilege of serving as Chief of the Citizens-Police Liaison
Committee (CPLC) Sindh from 2010 to 2015, contributing significantly to crime prevention and
community security initiatives. He has also actively served healthcare, educational and welfare
institutions and has held the honor of leading the Memon community as President of the All
Pakistan Memon Federation. Additionally, he has served on the Managing Committee of the
Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FPCCI) and as Chairman of the
Pakistan Cloth Merchants Association.
In recognition of his contributions to Pakistan and its people, he has been awarded the Hilal-e-
Imtiaz (HI) and Sitara-e-Imtiaz (SI), among the country’s highest civilian honors.

Ms. Hena Sadiq is Partner Audit, Assurance and Financial Institution Risk Advisory at Yousuf Adil Chartered Accountants in Karachi with more than 20 years of experience in assurance business where she is delivering services to various International, Multinational and Local clients. She is a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). She has also served various prestigious professional and business schools as a Visiting Faculty.
She has served and is currently serving on various technical committees of ICAP and has been a part of various initiatives of the Institute. She was awarded the CA Women of the year Award 2021.
Mr. Mehmood Yacoob is a prominent figure in the business and professional community, holding the positions of Managing Director and Company Secretary for multiple companies, including CG Consultants (Pvt.) Mr. Usama Qureshi has over twenty-five years of leadership experience across diverse industries, including energy, FMCG, Fintech and Telecommunications. He is known for transformative leadership and proven ability to address complex challenges.
Mr. Qureshi is the Vice Chairman of Cnergyico Pk Limited, which owns and operates Pakistan’s largest oil refinery, Pakistan’s first and only deep-sea oil terminal – the Single Point Mooring facility and a growing network of fuel stations operating under the Byco brand. He also serves as a Director on the boards of Cnergyico’s subsidiaries and also Vice Chairman of Integrate Scope DMCC, UAE.
At Cnergyico, Mr. Qureshi spearheads company’s turnaround and strategic initiatives to drive sustainable growth, safeguard shareholders’ interests and uphold corporate governance.
